As the Chief Executive Officer of LifeWave Biomedical, Steve brings 40 years of engineering, marketing, sales, and executive leadership experience spanning public companies and high-growth startups.  Steve’s experience spans a range of IT product technologies from early concept to commercialization. Notably he was CEO of WebV2, a spin-off of Siemens, AG, which innovated early Agentic AI in enterprise B2B. WebV2 developed a decentralized networked intelligent agent product for executing business processes across web services, databases, mobile devices, and human users. The agent framework was based on the FIPA standards in being distributed and federated and capable of orchestrating process flows. Steve also has experience in semiconductor product markets, in high performance computing, signal processing, and storage.

He holds an MSM from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and MBA from Santa Clara University, an MSEE from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a BSEE from Lehigh University. While at Stanford, he attended the Stanford Biodesign Program, in medical device development.
